About the trainer
The training will be delivered by Natasha Adom, Partner & Head of Client Training.
Natasha leads the firm’s client training practice and has extensive experience of developing and delivering employment law programmes on a range of issues including, handling disciplinary and grievance matters, managing discrimination issues and sickness absence.
In addition to having previously worked at international law firm Clyde & Co LLP, Natasha has worked in house at Towers Watson, Mitie and Coca-Cola European Partners.
Natasha is an accredited trainer, certified by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and a member of ELA’s Race Equality Committee.
