Elaine joined the firm in March 2024, having trained and worked at William Fry LLP, where she gained valuable experience in their employment and benefits department.
Elaine advises on all elements of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues and her experience includes drafting contractual documentation and policies, guiding employers through HR processes, defending litigious matters brought to the Irish Workplace Relations Commission, and advising on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions.
Elaine graduated from University College Dublin in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Law with French Law.
